Morgan Phoa Residence

Los Angeles, California

Designed in 1920 by Wallace Neff and winner of the AIA Honor Award for Project Team (Mid-Century), the Morgan Phoa Residence is a tranquil balance of indoor and outdoor living spaces artfully designed by KornRandolph.

In collaboration with SPF:a, KornRandolph designed The Morgan Phoa Residence garden as a tapestry of plant material, hard scape and art. Native plant materials, succulents and textural pathways play off of the patterned metal screen façade and precast concrete window grills. The Infinity Pool addition (south), surrounded by mature trees and a blend of finished concrete, transforms the glass-walled library into an experience in indoor and outdoor living.
